The Housewarming is $.15 per square foot.
This is recommended for all first time home cleanings.

Frequently Asked Questions
Am I required to do the Housewarming Service (our deep clean) before starting The Upkeep?
No. but it's recommended if you haven't been getting regular housekeeping services. This top-to-bottom deep clean allows us to provide your home a full reset - catching up areas that might have been overlooked that won't be possible during a routine clean. Think dusting ceiling fans and light fixtures and cleaning windows. When is the last time you cleaned the grate below your refrigerator?
How long does a Housewarming take?
It truly depends on the size and condition of the home. It's worth anticipating 3-4 hours for a 3- bedroom home and up to 6 hours for a 5+ bedroom home.
What if I need to reschedule a visit?
We know that schedules change. That's life. We provide a 24-hour window to reschedule or cancel free of charge. If you reschedule within a 7-day window, there will be no charge. Cancellations made within 24-hours of the appoints will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Do I have to be home for my visit?
You are welcome to do what you feel the most comfortable with. Many of our customer are present for the first few appointments to share their preferences and then leave entry instruction for the remaining visits. We support whatever works best for you and your schedule.
What products do you use?
We've sources some of the best natural eco-friendly plant-based solutions that rely on peroxide, citric acid and/or vinegar. Paired with plenty of elbow grease We use a natural eco-friendly plant based all purpose concentrate, vinegar solutions, hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, citric acid, essential oils and good old-fashioned elbow grease We provide all cleaning supplies except toilet brushes.
Are you insured and background checked?
Yes. Every team member is a W-2 employee with The Kept House. They have each been background-checked, insured and trained.
What areas do you serve?
We are locally-owned and operated in the Hill Country. We currently service Bee Cave, Lakeway, Steiner Ranch, Dripping Springs, Spicewood and West Oak.
Can I customize what's cleaned each visit?
Yes. Our Upkeep service is meant to maintain your space. Our team will work through our regular checklist and one rotating area of focus to detail. At any time, you can identify an area you want to focus or set preferences for future visits. Add-ons are available like laundry support or a deep clean of your playroom.
