• $20+/hr - we want to ensure that we are sharing in the success of The Kept House. We will always pay competitively and ensure that, even if we aren't busy, you could earn a full-time weekly base pay.
• A Company Car - avoid the wear and tear on your personal vehicle. Insurance and gas are all covered.
• A Company Phone - the car will come equipped with a smartphone that keeps schedules, maps, and customer details at your fingertips.
• All Supplies & Uniform - for our customers and us, the products you use are important. We will provide all the equipment and supplies you need to do your best work, and we welcome your suggestions for sourcing.

Full-Time & Part-Time Professional Housekeepers Needed
The Lead Housekeeper is an experienced member of The Kept Home team who helps ensure every home receives the thoughtful, consistent care our clients expect.
You'll stay hands-on with housekeeping, but you may be willing to take on more leadership opportunities as the business grows.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform exceptional housekeeping services

Lead by example in following The Kept Home Standard

Help train and coach newer housekeepers

Review homes for quality and completeness

Help team members troubleshoot unusual cleaning situations

Ensure products and equipment are used correctly

Follow individual client preferences

Communicate client needs and observations to management

Help prepare teams for each day's assignments

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Identify opportunities to improve our systems

Support a positive, professional team culture

Must be able to speak English and be legally authorized to work in the US.
